Tournament information
Kicking off on 20 February, here's what you need to know about the Sydney 2023 IGLFA World Championships
February 20-23, 2023
The competitions
The 11-a-side tournament will be held across four days (Monday to Thursday) featuring a Men's and Non Binary Division 1 & Division 2, and a Women's and Non Binary Division 1 & Division 2. For players who would like a more social experience we recommend registering in Division 2.
Hundreds of participants from across the globe are expected to travel to Australia for this once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Where Should I Play?
Division 1 is encouraged for players and teams seeking a more competitive experience. For players who would like a more social experience we recommend registering in Division 2.
The tournament aims to foster an inclusive environment and we encourage all players to participate in whichever competition they feel most comfortable to play in. The Men's and Non-Binary Divisions welcome participation from all genders. The Women's and Non-Binary Divisions are open to all players who feel comfortable playing in that competition. If you are unsure or need any support in deciding where to play please contact our engagement representative, Ky Menzies.
